At Gemini Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new jewelry doesn't perfectly complement your style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
